Salida, Colorado, is approximately 2.5 hours southwest of Denver and around 1.5 hours from Colorado Springs. The Simple Lodge & Hostel is conveniently located near Highway 291 / 1st Street in downtown Salida. From Highway 50, travel north on F Street until reaching the Highway 291 / 1st Street intersection. Turn right onto 1st Street and the lodge will be located on your left between E Street and D Street.
Affordable transportation is available daily from Denver through the CDOT Bustang Outrider Route. After arriving in Salida, local transit and walking routes provide easy access to the hostel. From the bus stop, head north toward D Street, continue to 1st Street, turn left and you will find Simple Lodge directly across the street.
