Booking online is the easiest way to make a reservation with us. If you would like to book a reservation please go to the rates page and enter your parties information to our availability. We understand booking online isn't for everyone so we will happily take questions and phone reservations from 12pm-8pm MST.

PET POLICY

We love hosting people and their furry friends! Your party may bring one well-mannered dog for an additional $10 fee. As a courtesy to other guests, dogs are only allowed with a private room reservation. They are welcome to roam the hostel (with the exception of the kitchen) but must be accompanied by their owner at all times. Dogs that are not able to abide by the rules will be asked to stay outside or in our attached gear room.

SPECIAL OFFER

We are currently offering 15% off to student travelers as well as our military members. Just present a valid ID card upon check in and we would be happy to give you a discount. And last but not least, Monarch season pass holders will receive 10% off all season!

The Basics

Simple Lodge & Hostel, located in Salida, Colorado is a small town business with two hosts who live on site. We enjoy entertaining our guests and offering a welcoming experience. The lodge is a home away from home for budget-minded travelers from around the world. To that end, we strive to make it the most affordable lodging in Colorado's largest Historic Downtown and first-ever Creative District.

The Space

We offer a large community space where guests meet, share meals, and play games together. The hostel has a range of room options for adventurers and families looking to save money and maximize their recreation dollar. Nature is our first love, and that is ever-present in the hostel. What's more, we do it right. We are striving to become Salida's first eco-lodging option. Check back soon for progress!
